Shipping policy

Every work is packed carefully, insured and shipped with tracking. Shipping is free within Germany.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all EU countries and worldwide, except countries to which we cannot ship because of sanctions or a lack of delivery options. These are currently Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Libya and Cuba.

At checkout you can choose from all countries we ship to.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free within Germany. To the other EU countries we charge a flat rate based on the size of the work. Outside the EU the flat rate depends on the region and the size of the work, plus any customs duties and import charges in the destination country, which are payable by the recipient. The size is based on the longest side.

Delivery time

Works in stock are usually delivered within Germany in 3 to 5 business days. International shipments take longer depending on the destination. We will let you know the expected delivery time to your country after you order. Commissioned works are shipped once finished and paid.

Customs and taxes

No customs duties apply to deliveries within the EU. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import charges and taxes may apply. They are charged by the authorities of the destination country and are payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Please check the packaging on delivery and have any external damage recorded by the carrier on the spot. Then get in touch with us and we will find a solution.
