BALANCE no.1

BALANCE no.01: Acrylic painting with a folding technique for modern, harmonious spaces
Edition: 2025

Introduction:

“BALANCE” is more than an artwork: it is a concept. This exclusive edition combines aesthetic simplicity with refined craftsmanship.
The specially developed folding technique creates soft, vertical lines which, in the interplay of light and shadow, evoke a sense of depth, movement and inner calm.

This edition creates spaces of stillness, presence and elegance, for people who see reduction as the highest form of style.

Artistic concept:

Inspired by the classical principles of balance and by modern interior aesthetics, “BALANCE” stands for the interplay of structure and lightness.
The hand-folded layers of acrylic create a textile, almost fabric-like surface, like a curtain of light.

The clean folds always look different depending on the viewing angle, from graphically precise to softly flowing. Throughout, the work remains calm and unobtrusive, yet strikingly present.
A statement of fine line work, deliberate composition and stylish restraint.
